UpLVL is a youth sports development platform that gives every player a record of how they're growing, without adding work to the coach's week.
After a session, a coach records a 15-second voice note. UpLVL turns it into a structured development report and sends it to the family through a simple link, so there's no app to download and no login. Parents see how their kid has grown over the season, the specific moments that prove it, what they're building toward next, and a drill to try at home.
Most youth sports platforms were built for game day, handling scheduling and payments. UpLVL was built for the space between games, where development actually happens and where most parents hear nothing. Coaches know their players better than anyone, but that knowledge usually stays in their heads. We turn it into evidence. The coach gets credit for the expertise, the parent gets feedback they can trust, and the player gets a record worth building on.
